Tyrell Mason

What Ty says about Power Plus... |
 |
"The higher up you go in Hockey, you have to improve upon all aspects of your game. In the last four years working with Tina Caron and Power Plus I have improved my skating technique and from that I have increased my overall speed.
When the puck gets dumped in, the sooner I get back to it, the more time I have to make good decisions on the ice. Increasing my speed has proven to be beneficial in adapting to the next level."

"Here are some of the things that Tina has improved: my stride is much better, I am a much faster and better skater both forwards and backwards. And the time when Mack helped me with the dekes and puck-handling I improved lots."
