What Ty says about Power Plus... |
 |
"The higher up you go in Hockey, you have to improve upon all aspects of your game. In the last four years working with Tina Caron and Power Plus I have improved my skating technique and from that I have increased my overall speed.
When the puck gets dumped in, the sooner I get back to it, the more time I have to make good decisions on the ice. Increasing my speed has proven to be beneficial in adapting to the next level."
