About Power Plus
Tina Caron has taught power skating to hockey players since 1990. As a former hockey coach, Tina understands the demands of the sport. Here are some of Tina's qualifications:

April 23 - August 8th, 2008: Grande Prairie, AB
The intensive, two-month long Total Package program kicks off the Power Plus 2008 spring training season.
May 12-15, June 23-26, and July 14-17, 2008: Kamloops, BC
Tina's in Kamloops for 12-Progressive Sessions with Wayne Priestlay. The camp begins with a focus on balance and stride. In the second block, players focus on improving their acceleration and agility. The third part of the camp introduces over-speed, conditioning and high-tempo hockey skills, drills, and 4-on-4 scrimmages.

July 7-11 and July 21-25, 2008: Grande Prairie, AB
Tina and Brett Stephenson are in Grande Prairie to deliver
10 Progressive Sessions, a series of drills aimed at re-programming
each player's body mechanics to improve every aspect of their hockey skating.
July 14-18, 2008: Grande Prairie, AB
Another great skills development camp with Brett Stephenson! The Skills and Goalie Sessions deliver 5 days of high-intensity skills training. For goalies, Power Plus provides a highly qualified goalie instructor to work on goalie-specific skills.
August 5-8, 11-15, 18-22: Grande Prairie, AB
Delivered over 5 consecutive days, the already-popular 45/45 Conditioning has gotten even more
powerful! 45/45 Conditioning + 45 adds 45 minutes of hockey-specific off-ice
training to prepare players for the 2008/9 season.
August 11-14, 2008: Grande Prairie, AB
Junior/College Prep Camp with Brett Stephenson. Participants will improve all their hockey skills while preparing for fall camps.
